Inside the workflow

A connected view of
field-service operations.

Work orders, contracts, payments, parts, and asset records each hold part of the picture. Follow how the reference workflow brings that context together, with business rules visible along the way.

Workbooks and PivotTables

The Enterprise
Excel Standard

Excel remains a critical decision surface across the enterprise. Treat workbooks and PivotTables with the same rigor as the systems behind them. Deliver speed, scale, and governance from source to report.

First-Class Excel
Read Excel workbook data into governed analysis.
PivotTables as Inputs
Bring the saved results of supported PivotTables into the workflow.
Workflow-Native PivotTables
Create standard Excel PivotTables directly from governed data.
Ready-to-Use Outputs
Deliver Excel workbooks and PivotTables for review and reporting.
Current workbook and PivotTable scope

Workbook support covers modern Excel formats. PivotTable input reads a saved tabular result; it does not refresh or recalculate the source PivotTable. Native PivotTable output requires a supported worksheet source and layout. Final PivotTable availability depends on qualification for the beta release.

Governed SQL translation · In development

Enterprise
SQL Bridge

Enterprise data rarely lives on one platform. Governed SQL translation bridges dialects while preserving business meaning and accountability. Connect the databases your business depends on.

Why meaning matters

The same question.
A different result?

Database rules can change which records match, how missing values behave, and how calculations are evaluated.

Discuss your database platforms
Missing values

Empty text and a missing value can trigger different business rules.

Preserve the distinction through an explicit rewrite, or block the translation when that meaning cannot be preserved.

Matching records

Text comparison rules can change customer segments, joins, and duplicate detection.

Capture the source comparison rules and require a matching target.

Business calculations

Division can produce a whole number or a fractional result, depending on the database.

Make the intended calculation explicit when translating the logic.

Current SQL translation scope

The SQL compiler validates a defined subset of ANSI SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and BigQuery. Compiler coverage does not mean a database connection is available. PostgreSQL is the only current workflow connector, available only for development testing; no SQL dialect is certified for production use.

The missing-value and text-comparison examples have been checked against running database engines. The division example is covered by compiler regression checks.

Verifiable Governance

with evidence.

Integrate controls into the workflow and retain evidence to support certification.

Trusted Data

Critical decisions often depend on business rules buried in documents and individual expertise. Make those rules explicit and enforceable, with evidence that the data meets them.

Accountable Stewardship

As data crosses teams and systems, responsibility can become unclear. Preserve a clear record of sources, changes, and ownership, so leaders can establish what happened and who is accountable.

Confident Decisions

Visible logic and supporting evidence give leaders a common basis for resolving differences, aligning teams, and acting with conviction.

Engineered Simplicity

Insight to
infrastructure.

Frontline data use often embeds critical business knowledge beyond enterprise IT’s view. Make that usage visible, preserve the expertise behind it, and carry the same logic from rapid prototype to hardened production.

Intuitive

Put expertise
in motion.

Put analysis directly in the hands of the people who understand the business problem. Visual workflows let them build, inspect, and refine each step, with fewer technical handoffs between question and answer.

Industrial

Make execution
repeatable.

Make execution repeatable and failures easy to trace, so demanding operations stay dependable with less intervention.

Indispensable

Keep the
knowledge.

Readable workflows retain the logic and context, allowing colleagues to build on that knowledge as business needs evolve.

Turn insight into infrastructure without rebuilding it.

Enterprise Scale

Any data.
Any scale.
Any complexity.

The ambition. A governed path from an analyst’s workflow to enterprise operations.

Put Every Dataset to Work

Enterprise systems, files, and external sources each hold part of the picture. Governed visual workflows bring that information together, revealing connections that isolated datasets cannot show.

Scale What Works

Extend the value of proven work. Carry the same business logic and controls from an analyst’s workflow into enterprise operations as adoption grows.

Solve the Whole Problem

Connected workflows express rules, exceptions, and dependencies explicitly, so the solution reflects how the business actually operates.

A few things to know

Before we
connect.

Who is the beta for?

Frontline analysts and enterprise ETL and analytics teams. No registration or invitation is required. Visit the beta page for the Windows download and installation details.

Are the workflow images from the product?

Yes. The website uses captures of the actual application and its reference workflow. The example data is synthetic; it does not represent a customer deployment.

Is the beta ready for production workloads?

The beta is for evaluation. Tool availability and production use depend on qualification for the specific release. We’ll discuss the capabilities and limitations relevant to your use case.

What does “support certification” mean?

It refers to controls and retained workflow evidence that can support a review or certification process. It is not a claim of third-party accreditation or a guarantee of certification.
