Verzugo Studio

Beta terms

Windows public beta · Version 0.1.19

Verzugo Studio is a visual data preparation application offered as a public beta by Verzugo Systems Inc. These terms apply to the Windows public beta, version 0.1.19, supplied through our official download page.

Using the beta

You may install and use this beta without a beta licence fee to evaluate the application for personal or business use. You may make backup copies and distribute unchanged official installers internally within your organization for that evaluation. This permission does not transfer ownership of Verzugo Studio or grant a right to distribute modified versions, sell the application or use our name to imply endorsement. Rights granted by third-party licences remain governed by those licences.

The public beta may contain defects and supported features may change between releases. Check the release's supported systems, capability list and known limitations before using it. Keep a separate copy of source files and verify important results before relying on them. Changes to future releases do not give the installer permission to delete your workflows, settings or source data.

Your data and work

You retain your rights in your input data, workflows and results. Using the beta does not grant us ownership of those materials. Use only data and connections that you are entitled to access.

Network connections and external services have their own applicable terms. The release's privacy notice describes automatic local recording, any automatic external transmission and the categories of data sent when you choose a network feature. Do not include credentials or confidential source data in a bug report. Share a synthetic example when it can reproduce the problem.

Feedback and support

Feedback is welcome at support@verzugo.com. We may use suggestions to improve the application. Do not submit material that you cannot permit us to use for that purpose. Requests for fixes or features do not create a promise to deliver them by a particular date. The published release notes describe the update, recovery and data-retention behavior verified for this beta.

Third-party software and rights

The application includes third-party software and data. Their required licences, notices and attributions are supplied with the release. Those terms govern the respective components and are not replaced by these beta terms.

The bundled Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime is supplied only to support Verzugo Studio. Except as permitted by Microsoft's applicable terms, you may not separate that runtime from the application for independent use, modify it, or redistribute it independently. Keep the official distribution archive's third-party notices, licence texts and supplied source-delivery files with the installers when sharing the unchanged archive internally.

Availability and mandatory rights

This is a beta evaluation offering, not a promise that the application is suitable for every purpose or that beta support will continue indefinitely. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
